” ‘Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ “
– Isaiah 41:10
No one on earth is as powerful as our creator; God. Reading these words of comfort in His Bible, reminds us that nothing on earth should bring us fear, and if it does, we must turn our hearts and minds to Jesus and pray for His strength.
God loves each and every one of us, and we must remember that we are all His people created in His image. Christians are being called to not be “lukewarm”, but to be hot for Jesus and to spread the Good News.
None of us is measured by “being good”, because if that was a true measurement, we would never be all good or all bad. Therefore, at times we would look good to the world and other times we would look bad to the world.
The Good News is that Jesus took on all of our sins, so that we could be saved through His sinless life, death and resurrection. You are loved beyond measure and your life, and all human lives are precious to God. Praying you find strength in God’s comforting scriptures and the promises He’s given to His people.
